As of 19 October, we are permitted to conduct one-on-one property inspections. We have the necessary health and safety measures in place to keep our clients and staff safe during this time.

The current COVID-19 situation is unique and we want to assure you that we are taking every possible step to protect our clients and team while continuing to achieve great results for both buyers and sellers.


During Melbourne’s stage 4 restrictions, we will be required to close our office. However, our team continue to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email, phone and text to help you with any sales or rental enquiries.


Although in-person home inspections are now banned, we will be offering online inspections and additional imagery where necessary.


Emergency maintenance will continue to be a priority but general maintenance is unavailable until further notice.


Rent collections and disbursements to landlords will remain unchanged.


We are closely monitoring the situation and are following the recommendations of the Victorian Government. We will be posting via our social media channels with further updates.
